您好！我是Nari。我是密歇根大学社会工作学助理教授，也是Michigan Program for Advancing Cultural Transformation学者。
RESEARCH INTERESTS
我是一名社会工作学者，也是公共利益技术专家。我将多年与移民和难民组织合作的经验，与社会工作及计算社会科学方面的专业训练相结合，研究移民以及种族、族裔和语言少数群体的心理健康、福祉与服务使用，重点关注语言与技术。具体而言，我的研究探讨：(a) 移民与语言少数群体获取医疗关怀与支持的途径，特别关注语言获取以及规制语言获取的政策；(b) 数字技术与AI在移民寻求帮助与支持中的应用；(c) 医疗与社会服务机构中以及社会工作实务、研究和教育中的AI应用。除了在研究中探讨技术，我还乐于编写具有社会影响力的工具，包括用于科学研究的Python程序，以及用于我Data & Tools页面上网络应用的JavaScript和HTML代码。
我的第一作者论文发表于American Journal of Public Health、Health Services Research、Social Science & Medicine、Psychiatric Services、International Migration Review和Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies。我的博士论文获得了Society for Social Work Research、Grand Challenges for Social Work、American Psychological Association和New York University的支持与奖励。我还在韩国荣获了来自Migration Research and Training Centre、韩国保健福祉部和韩国教育部的国家级奖项与奖学金。在研究之外，我担任Migration to Asia Peace的理事会成员，以及Mustard Seed Generation的研究委员会成员。

- 2027年2月 教学 我将于2027年2月11日（美国东部时间下午1:00–4:00，线上）通过密歇根大学社会工作学院Office of Continuing Education讲授一场继续教育工作坊，题为“AI Literacy for Social Work with Immigrant and Refugee Clients”。该工作坊提供3个继续教育（CE）学时，包含1个伦理学时。报名现已在CE course catalog开放。
